A Letter Of Goodbyes

by Morgan   Aug 5, 2004

Dear Paige,

I don't know what to say to you
There's nothing I can do
Oh dear sister, in my life I did so many wrong things
But I'll make it alright by giving up everything

Even when I'm gone, I'll forget you never
I'll be watching over you forever
Caley's a great girl
So stay friend with her

Don't do drugs, smoke, or drink
Keep listening to Slipknot, LP, and Blink
Get out of that house as much as you can
And in a few years, find a nice man

I know you'll feel betrayed and a little mad
You might even hate me like I hated Dad
But I'll always be here for you
Even if there's nothing I can do

All I can say is it was my time to leave
And there really is a God, just believe
Now, the light, I will see
But tell Victoria something for me

Tell her I'll be watching from heaven
I can't believe she'll soon be seven!
Tell her she can have the hacky sack under my bed
She can have the slinky and stuffed animals like my will said

I want her face to fill with joy
Maybe even give her that game boy
Tell Mom I love her more than she could imagine
And tell Dad I forgive him

Tell them both to be happy
Live your life to the fullest, for me
And, Paige, have fun and don't forget
I love you—just remember it!

If you need anything, ask Jo
But now I must go
You're the one I'll truly miss
Goodbye my baby sis

With Love,
Morgan
