And so a city cried

by shane pratt   Aug 7, 2004

A city cried when the city had died,it hurt our nation, still we walked in stride, sticking together during a horrible time, from one to another everything will be fine,we kept our composer, not forgetting our pride.that was what happen when a city had died,we felt so afraid, and so a city cried.from humble to stubborn, confused and alone,i can still here the siren's in my mind's vivid tone.help us,we're hurting,we all feel at stake, not knowing if it's us,whose life will they take.that is what happen when a city had died, still so afraid, and so a city cried.some how we'll make it,during this painful weather,no matter the forecast, thing's will get better, that's what happen's when a city must die,but just for today, the city had cried.
