All In A Mirror

by Morgan   Aug 9, 2004

Looking in that mirror
I see what you cannot
You think a few beers
And you'll have me bought

I see a pool of tears
But you act as if I'm on display
I see a million fears
But you see your girl – for today

I see nights when I was lonely
I cried myself to sleep
You just want to bone me
You see an object you can keep

I see the blood this body loses
You see a private peep show
I see all the cuts and bruises
You don't care to know

I see my heart being broken
Like the shatter from my fist to that mirror
My heart bled with the words spoken
And your love is my biggest fear…
