Blood, Pain, and Tears

by ~!~TY~!~   Aug 10, 2004

Blood, pain, and tears
Blood running down my arm,
Pain in my heart, and tears forming in my eyes.
This is nothing new to me.
Everyday I experience the gushing blood,
the piercing pain,
and the wet tears.
When the sky gets dark,
the world gets quite,
and my lights go out,
I pull out my blade.
The blade that is hidden between my bed and my pillow,
the blade no one knows is there.
Everyone thinks they know me so well,
they think they know me inside-out,
but no one knows about the blood, pain, and tears.
Blood dribbling to the ground,
pain in my arm, wrist, and hand,
and tears running down my cheeks.
Over and over again,
Every single day,
The dark, red blood,
the agonizing pain,
and the undisquiseable tears.
But when the phone calls stop,
the eyes of little children start to fall,
and the moon comes high in the sky,
I find the blade hidden between my bed and my pillow,
I find the blade no one knows is there.
Everyone sees me as fun, energetic, and perky.
They see me pissed off and sad,
but still, no one knows about the blood, pain, and tears.
Blood forming puddles on the floor,
pain shooting through my body, and tears joining the blood on the floor.
Days and days will go by,
Every night ending with blood on the floor,
Pain taking over my body,
and tears soaking my eyes, cheeks, and lips.

**Please tell me what you think**
