This Is How It Happened

I can remember it just like it was yesterday, Celebrating the 4th of July with you,

You were a cutie, real down to earth
I knew we connected because we walked the same turf,

We climbed up on the roof and sat on the edge, We started to talk and then you took my hand... Honestly I was a little nervous and scared,

You took your hand and put it to my face look into my eyes and saw no disgrace,

You leaned in for a kiss i dare not move, Your soft lips touched mine I knew you'd be mine in a matter of time,

That night we saw more then just fireworks, we saw a lot more, we saw each other and fall in love more and more.

Until this day me and you are together having a life together that no one dares takes from us, because this year we both found summer love.
