Miss you, i will not
Love you, i will not
For you have put me through too much
Laugh with you, i will not
Depend on you, i will not
Trust you, i will not
For your lies have finally come undone
Feel sorry for you, i will
Laugh at you, i will
Wipe you from me life, i will
For it was you that nearly made me fade away
Regret the times, i will not
Forget the times, i will not
Blame myself, i will not
For it was cause of those times i have become so much stronger
Erase you, i will
Despise you, i defiantly will
But Certainly i will
HATE YOU
For never being a real mother
You no longer exist in my heart
My Life begins now with my father
Something you tried so hard to keep from me.

    yeah, i also thought that this was about an ex-boyfriend or a friend or someone. and then you completely turned it around, that was great!

    aaahh when i first started reading this i thought it was going to be over an ex-boyfriend or something like that. BUT when i finished reading this poem it really touched my heart because it struck a cord with me. I've been in that same boat for my mother kept me from my real father for 14 years and i said those exact same words. On the other hand I know now why she kept me from him, hes a lying child molester. Now my mother and me are best friends. She is more than a mother and I would hope this poem isn't true but if it is i hope one day you guys can work it out and be happy again!!!
