Betrayal, lies and pain

You came into our lives so easily
turned our worlds upside down
telling i was your best friend
and you'll always be there
telling her you loved her
and wanted to be with her
we gave up so much for you
i lost my best friend
just because i though you were real
just put so much on the line
just for you to treat her wrong
what were you thinking when you betrayed us lied to us
could you see our pain
when you used us and abused our trust in you
so tell me now my so called friend
what were you thinking those times
when you stuffed us over
i know what i was thinking
I'm a fool to believe something could be true
do you remember the night i lost it
when i though i lost you
i sure do i still have the scars on my arms from that night
so now every time i look at my arm
i will remember what our so called friendship stood for
that is betrayal, lies and pain
