CandleLight

If night is my day, I will sit beside my lighthouse that will becon a path of light that even the most lost hearts, lost souls, and lost ships can find its way back to me. Only when I am alone, the sky is clearest revealing stars of unknown. I try to search for the moon's light, the light that can even be seen to the sea's floor from atop this hillside cliff as it shimmers silver on the surface. As I stare into the celestial, the clouds are mostly cumulus as the warm summer midnight air blows through. The coast has a sweet smell of innocent of a new dawn, the violent waves will become subtleties, calm as if the water is perfectly parallel to the horizon as you enter my thoughts. If night is my day, I will forever be dreaming in your many a loving way.

If day is my night, I would not mind to ever see a cast of a shadow. Through the trees I will see the golden glare from the leaves. The stream will choose the path of reason and the reflection will show truth. As I look to the West, the wind will blow East and whisper in my ear, sometimes listening to your heart is best. The orange sun seems to stand still right before it sinks into the sea, sometimes the best things in life happens quickly. Even though knowning, you can't help but fight its presence. The clouds will still glow orange, even though the sun is gone. The sun that is my lover that lights my candlelight, the lover in which I strive to continue on, the light that burns my passion and desire, without you, I'm just a candle. Candlelight. I'm just a candle without you.
