This peom is beautiful and touching because I can relate to it in so many ways, I only wish that my ex would have been stronger because if he was i wouldnt be feeling this way now. You are not alone none of us are.

This is an amazing poem. I went through the exact same thing and attempted suicide about 4 times and was in the hospital for the better part of two years. That was about 3, nearly 4 years ago now though and although I'm not completely happy 24/7, I've met people since then whom I could never bare to leave so the depression's gone and sadness comes, usually because of stuff at home but I'm glad I now have something to hold on to. I hope everyone going through this finds that something too....I KNOW it feels like hell and like it'll never end and you don't want to wait and see if it will, but please hold on and it WILL get better. Thanks for the poem....wonderfully written.

Anyway, the fact that this is your favorite poem, by your favorite poet, an unheard of, barely talented mangler of the english language, shows not only the uncultured society that creates all you little emo kids, but the lack of effort on your part to read actual poetry as well. Take a break from this idiocy, go try hard in wood shop, develop a skill that you already possess, don't try to build a skyscraper of talent on a foundation of nothing. Anyway, get yourself out of the intellectual community, which I can barely call this place, and back behind a counter seving me food, where you belong.

So this is your "fave" poem. Huh. You should try reading poetry sometime. My favorite is "Slough" by John Betjamen. You will never find it here because it's poetry. don't worry, you wouldn't be able to comprehend it anyways.
