A tree,
Strong yet graceful.
Uphold for its inhabitants,
Nurturing them,
Leading the way.
A leaf quivers, Squirrels nestle in,
Birds cry a warning,
The eyes see everything,
They know somethings there.
A cloud creeps in,
Sneaks up,
And leaps in front of the sun,
Blocking his view,
Of all creation.
A rain drop glistens,
Builds, and removes itself,
From a place it may never visit again,
Falling, it fears a height,
Of which it has never seen.
A hand, A sweeping motion, Brushes my cheek,
Wiping away the tears,
Containing fear unleashed.
