Sacrifice

Tempting
Playing with the emotions
Perplexing fury
Complete devotion
Pressure
Want and greed
Relaxation
Dear Lord, hear my creed!
Stolen curiosity
Theft and guilt
Pain, suffrage
Was it incorrectly built?
Happiness
Panging love
Drive to conquer
Empathy hangs from above
Satisfaction
Want and desire
Simple
But with grace's fire
Thoughts and dreams
Area all I hold on to
Inescapable
Yet, yearning and want to
Is there a conductor
Choosing the path
A leash pulling
Where we must endure the wrath
An impossibility
I have been treated bad but too well
For God has blessed me with and angel
And my anger has been damned to hell
I remember standing in line
Awaiting my turn
An infinite, dwindling time
So little knowledge and so much to lean
Is it proven
Or need it be?
Is there trust? Yes
With hope of belief in me
Why bother with risk
An insecurity
You have somehow overcome
You have corrected this impurity
As I have explored this throng
And have lived my life to death
This is what I believe and promise
Until my last breath
This is another experience
The reason for it to be acquired
Unlike the rising and falling days
This feeling is never tired.
