Destiny

Are you angry or are you mad,
Are you happy or are you glad.
Are you feeling what I feel,
Do you wonder if it is real.

Are you worried or are you scared,
Are you doubtful but prepared.
Today is the day that can change your life,
Are you going to take advantage, or let it slide.

Are you here or are you there,
Are you willing, do you even care.
The past is what we can do nothing about,
I don’t know why people cry and pout.

It’s not what we’ve done, but what we do,
That creates our destiny, and helps us through
I now know why god does what he can,
It’s so I can learn to be a man.
