What I Wish

What I wish to do
Is tell you back then
That I love you
And always have been

My thoughts of you never left
As my feelings grow
Forever thinking about you
But finally I know

That the depression I’m in
Of holding my feelings back
Is slowly killing me within
Not knowing if you love me back

I want to be with you
To love you forever
And live my life with you
To grow old together

But I can’t go back
To do what I want to do
So I’m going to tell you now
That I love you…
