Chaos Dove's Black Heart

by Ian Robert   Sep 12, 2004

The dove,
A Symbol of love,
The Chaos Doves blackened heart,
From the pain of humanity,
Darkened with the pain of false hope,
Burry me today,
Its heart crashed by a lost love,
Snowing ice,
Staining time a dark red,
The dove perching on hung bodies,
The poison inside,
My blood covered hands,
The pain of the Knife,
The ringing sound within my ear ends,
Forever in a rest,
The deepest truth of all,
Peace.

I had to read this one through a couple times to understand it, I guess that's just my youth shining through. I liked the poem however. The first line was a very clever openeing on how to start it.
