i must admit, the line "My M16 gives me comfort" was quite funny because i've never seen a link between a rifle and love in a poem b4, but anyway, it was quite romantic. Good on your boy friend!!!

he's not in the war...he's in the national guard. right now he's doing his second part of his training (AIT)...he'll be home before our one year anniversaire tho..

That is terribly sweet, albeit unique in comparison. But I must admit, strangely compelling.
