Fire and Ice

by Stephen Levant   Sep 25, 2004

The winds of passion howl through my soul. It is a troubling yet hypnotic thing drawing me to the purpose of its presence. It is like water seeking its level. It is like music where the clef desires the treble.
Ah, strange and unusual forces in the universe, opposites seeking their other which is in some profound way their double.

Nights are filled with dreams and the taste of sweet essence. In the day, flowers call for water. Winter longs for spring and summer the fall. It is a question of wills, and passion stalks the mysterious halls of the soul. Rock absorbs earth...fire, air and water birth the universe. Weakling that I am, I know that strength can be sought after, and found, in you. I am fire seeking ice that I may become fire and ice. 'Tis true.
