On this mothers day
I take time off to pray
i ask god who is up above
To always fill me with your love
i wish everyone could have a mom like you
so tender and so true
you taught me how to talk
and also how to talk
thanks for all the things you've done for me
you have taught me the right way to be
As i begin to grow older
My mind and thoughts get bolder
you have always stood by me
