Glimpse of Heaven

There's a sparkle in my child's eyes
That reminds me of moonlit skies
a smile that shines so bright
it could light the darkest night
and i pray,
thanking God every day
for this glimpse of heaven

Sometimes i can't believe how much he cares about me,
Him, me, and my daughter makes three,
I can't help but feel it's meant to be,
And i pray

Sometimes i get down and think i don't have that much,
But he makes me believe with his loving touch,
That i have so much more
Than i give credit for,

I have a home, i have family,
I have a man that truly loves me
I have a beautiful daughter i adore
so much to be thankful for
