This poem is for you
And I hope you listen to every word
I hope at night you can’t sleep
Because this poem keeping playing
Over and over again in your head
Everything has a purpose
You hurt me so
And I just want you to know
I can’t get this thing off my chest
You confuse my life, it’s already a mess
I can’t find my thoughts I’m just so lost
I laugh, I cry I hurt inside
And this is all because of you
You make me uncomfortable
I never know what to say
Like right now
Please stop the silence
Turn up the music
Put the world on pause
I know this doesn’t make sense
Try and imagine how I feel
Now do you get it?
I didn’t think you would
Don’t worry I don’t either
