How can it hurt to lose something,
You never knew you had?
How can my heart be breaking?
Why am I so sad?
Would I still have kept you?
If I had even known.
I would have liked to have met you,
But I can't, now that your gone.
I would have liked to watch you smiling, hear you laugh, see you cry.
I would have liked to have held you.
Now I can't help but wonder why?
Why did I have to lose you?
Why did it end up that way?
Why arnt you still here?
Didn't you want to stay?
I'm sorry that I lost you.
I still love you all the same.
