How it Feels

I know how it feels to be unloved,
When no body around you cares.
I know how it feels to be alone,
When no one's ever there.

I know how it feels to hurt,
What it's like to be in pain.
I know how it feels to be put down,
And always be left in vain.

I know how it feels to fail,
To never succeed.
I know how it feels to want to hurt yourself,
And just watch yourself bleed.

I know how it feels to cry,
Just watching the tears fall.
I know how feels to want to disappear,
And wonder if anyone would notice at all.

I know how it feels to loose someone,
Knowing it's the last time you'll see their face.
I know how it feels to not belong,
Like you don't have a place.

I know what it's like to feel like this,
Because I feel it everyday.
Yet, I don't know how it feels to live differently,
As it's always been this way.
