You left without a trace.
when you were gone i slowly forgot your face.
it all started that one night.
i fell in love with you at first sight.
i wanted to hold you in my arms all night long.
that way i could tell if something was wrong.
i wish i could have said something more.
esspecially on when we were on the dance floor.
later on that night.
when i thought the time was right.
i asked you if i could have a kiss.
for a split second of natural bliss.
your lips touched mine.
and that right there froze time.
after it was time to go an idea sparked.
and acrossed the room i dart.
i had to find you anywhere.
where you were i didn't care.
i had to ask you out.
i looked in your eyes and saw nothing but doubt.
but i talk to you now and then.
i wish i could have that night back again.
the condition you left me in was a total mess.
you crushed me to the point where i'm thoughtless...
