Sitting alone as the slow music starts

by Morgan   Oct 25, 2004

Sitting alone as the slow music starts,
We see one another sitting alone with broken hearts,
Stealing glances from one another and wiping away our tears,
We swallow our pride and we both face our fears,
Getting closer pondering what to say,
In our mind the music fades away,
Hand in hand our feet are swaying,
Seriously, thinking of all the things the others saying,
The tempo is slow but our hearts beat fast,
Thinking of our future forgetting our past,
The music fades but we stay together,
Because in the others arms you feel light as a feather
The slow music has stopped yet we still dance,
Because we fell in love with just one glance.
