Crimson Blood

by Billi Vermillion   Nov 3, 2004

I sit in wonder
I sit in shock
I try to ponder
why these visions I try to block

I see death around me
I feel its warm coat
I feel my body trying to disagree
Its images are trying to choke

Inside of me i feel my fear
I feel my blood run cold
Down my face my tears roll
People don't see and they can't they can't hear

I cut my arm and watch my blood run
The color is crimson
so beautiful and dark
i cut for no particular reason

The crimson blood
runs down so slow
it flows evenly like a flood
my crimson blood
