Immortal

by Psychopathic   Nov 5, 2004

Immortal, I walk alone.
The sands of time frozen,
forever stuck at year 21.
I am never to age or grow.

I have the wisdom of the ages,
yet not one grey hair I show.
No wrinkle, no decay, nothing.
This may not seem a curse to you,
but to never have a love eternal
is a curse in itself.

I walk alone as time flies.
I am alone.
I long for a partner in this eternity.
I long for a lover, a best friend,
someone to share my feast.
Dark eternal is my life.
Dark eternal is my soul.
Dark eternal is my heart.
Dark eternal is my love.

Immortal I may be,
and immortal I'll stay,
but my love will make me
seem mortal.
Love will make me
seem human.

Love's sweet kiss,
not lust's bitterness,
is what I want.
When I find him
he shall be
my Dark Love
for eternity.

Immortal I am,
and love so true.
Love is eternal.
Like me,
love is immortal, too.
