Delicate Thread

I'm hanging on a delicate thread,
one tiny cut and i'll be dead.
There's not too long until I die,
I'm crying the last tears I'll ever cry.
You always listened, you always were there,
But now I don't think you even care.
You've done so much, you broke me heart,
You played with my dreams and tore them apart.
You hate me, it was always clear,
I realised the truth was my biggest fear.
You hurt me with all the lies you have said,
And now you leave me hanging on a delicate thread.
