The Woman Who Stole My Heart

by Jay   Nov 17, 2004

A fading I love you on my hand
And her sent still lingers in my sheets
My blue shoes still have sand
From that day at the beach

I read little stickies and in my heart I know she was here
Little traces she left behind leading no where
I touch my arm where it said Arlette's wife wishing it would reappear
Just needing her here

Her kiss still dances around my lips
And her voice still echoes in my ears
I still find my hands searching for her hips
To pull her near

The thing I miss the most is my heart
She took it away when she left
I know one day we will never be apart
But for now I miss the woman who stole my heart
-Jay Pierce-

Arlette,
I miss you touch your smile your laughter... I just miss you...
