You Won't Forgive Me

by Felicia Tursi   Nov 20, 2004

If I could take back it all,
It wouldn't of happened it'd all be so small.
You could still be my friend,
And there would never be an end.
But I know you'll never forgive me,
Because that's the way you are and I can finally see.
I wish I never said or done what I did,
But it will never happen who am I trying to kid.
You'll always be you and I'll always be me,
And slowly and painfully I'm going to die.
I want to be your friend but you won't allow it,
Because none of this you'll be willing to forget.
I want to be your friend do you?
You probably don't because you're stubborn too.
Could you be my friend?
Will you forgive and help me mend?
I'm sorry for saying you lie,
Saying that this is now goodbye.
Don't make this friendship not last,
Because I'm not willing to live in the past.
