Although you have been gone for a few years,
For you i will lay at night and cry many tears.
You were taken from us when you were only two,
By the time we found you there was nothing we could do.
I'm sorry i wasn't there,
I promise i really did care,
I wish i could go back in time and make it all right.
That water was too deep for you to put up a fight.
I shouldn't have left you alone,
You shouldn't have gone off on your own.
If only i wouldn't have gone I'm sure you'd be alive today,
I promise i would change it all if only there was a way.
I cant wait for the day i see you in heaven,
