Journey to Dragons Hollow: P4

"Well, err--uh," The two seemed lost for words, this was a loaded question.
"You, see neither of us, are not very good with real little kids, under the age of 10, so we decided to look for someone 10 and older." Sebastien said saving both of them from potential embarrassment.
Ana seemed satisfied with that answer. "So, will we know exactly when or when not we will be coming to live with you guys?" she asked. She really hoped that this worked out for the better, these two men seemed like the best choice for foster parents.
"Well, we do not know the routine, but would you two like coming to live with us?" That was the standard question everyone asked, always, always, always. It was a sucky question, because if you didn't like the people you felt obligated to say yes anyways but you ran the 1 out of 90,000,000 of actually getting adopted. *statistic not true made up off the top of my spacey little head* "I would like it." Carson said, genuinely too. Good, Ana thought that means that I don't have to lie either. "I would like that also." Sebastien smiled, his white teeth flashing briefly, same went for Landon.
"Well, we'll discuss any details with your foster parents. Then, we will tell you if it is YEAH or NAY." Landon said seriously.
Lorna and Travis ushered the twins out of the room. Travis's greasy hands pushed on Ana's silver shirt. She shuddered, she didn't want this man touching her at all.
Outside, the door, the twins talked about the interview. "So, did you like them?" Ana asked, hoping that she was right about Carson.
"Yeah, they seemed really nice and--I think that it would be good for us to go with them. The question is, do they like us?"
Ana sighed, the brief excitement of maybe getting to get rid of Lorna and Travis had now vanished. A sense of sadness settled over her. The door swung open after roughly 10 minutes of waiting. (Which was short for the magnitude of the decision.) "Well, we're going to sleep on it, and let you know first thing in the morning." Landon said, looking slightly miffed.
Ana and Carson both sighed, they shook the men's hands and said thank you for considering us.' and watched them leave. Ana ran up to her room, upset. Carson followed. Both of them upset. "I really thought that they would take us." Carson sighed.
