One Day

[I am suffering from THE worst case of writer's block, so this is literally just my thoughts typed up...]

I love you so much.
I know you don’t love me,
But I can’t help the way I feel.
Every night I think about you,
You’re the only thing on my mind…
It’s as though you’re the only thing
In existence.
You’re the most important thing to me.

Don’t you see it?

I can let go, I can’t move on…
My heart won’t let me.
It’s still saying I have a chance,
That one day you might realise
Exactly what you mean to me.
That one day, you might finally understand
Why I look at you the way I do,
Why I talk to you the way I do, and
Why I love you the way I do.

But until then…
I still love you.
