By the Pool

by Varg Khyran   Nov 28, 2004

I see burning blue eyes,
The eyes of a hunter,
Boring into mine.

I see shining black fur,
Sleek and soft,
Waving in the soft breeze.

I see pointed yellow fangs,
Fangs that long to strip flesh,
And spill blood.

I step back.
The pool ripples.
I see my reflection,
Snarling back at me.

I loved it . . . i like the fact that the whole time you were describing your self and i liked the fact how you made it sound like an animal of some sort and make it lead up to the fact that it was you!it was realyl great!

Excellent! Let me tell you why...
I loved the ending when it was you. I had to read it again ;)
