The Flow of Life

If the sky above seems cloudy,
And you're left out in the rain.
If you're searching for a rainbow,
But the colors bring you pain.

If you're looking for some sunshine,
But all you see is night.
If you're tired of all this living,
When life just brings you down.

Look beyond your teardrops,
At the wonders of this land.
fell the air around you,
Watch the laughing children in the sand.

Imagine flying with the butterflies,
As they float among the trees.
Or the whispers of the ocean,
On a hot night summer's breeze.

Think of tasty candy corn,
As melts upon your tongue.
Or the singing of the morning birds,
As they greet you with their song.

Cast the clouds from your sky,
Don't look toward the ground,
But hold your head up high.

Think of not what life owes you,
But all you have to give.
Forget about tomorrow,
Then you can start to live.
