Demons

My fears come alive
In this place I call my mind
Demons leading, from inside
In this space inside my mind
This place I still call mine
Is now lost, outside of time
To my demons, kept inside
The more they conquer,
The more I cry
Whats left of me
Wants to die
Before my space is no longer mine
But they are me now
Dont know why
They took the place inside my mind
I lost that place I once called mine

    The thought was there, and you had potential for a good poem, but in my opinion, it didn't quite flow. Poems don't have to rhyme, and it seemed a little forced. I have read all your poetry and I DEFINATELY think you have potential. Take care and keep writing. I look forward to reading more.
