Re-Start

by Ashamed   Dec 10, 2004

The days seemed long, I hated being around
I lived the life, being as low as the ground.
The winter came in, the weather was low
As all the leaves fell and it started to snow.

Everything went wrong, and I wanted to go,
Stressed and tired, life was one big show.
Things weren’t getting easier, and I gave in
What’s the point in living, if you have to live in sin?

But one day, the sun shone bright
And finally, I could see some light
As things completely changed,
My life may finally be regained

She’s made my face smile,
She’s done this for a while,
And I know she’ll never turn away,
I hope forever, she’s here to stay.

So maybe winter’s coming to an end,
And finally I can start to mend
With her help I can start to be!
Living life, happily.
