IMBROGLIO

by Jend   Dec 13, 2004

I think of you not when I'm alone,
Coz I'm afraid your memories will linger on.
For I may not handle it anymore,
To think of our great love that was torn.

Though it turn out that way,
I still care for you no words can say,
The loving thoughts of you embittered sweet nothings, Thrusting not my heart for what it brings.

To soothe your heart and caress you with affection,
Has always been my great devotion,
Until mundane hits you little by little,
That brought all alone to exile.

In a distance far away search for you,
Even in the wilderness I searched and walked through.
To hitch your slowly fading shadow, To comeback to me with a glow.

But you have left and gone forever,
Leaving me now like a dying ember.
Where is the promise, the visualize hope and dreams?
So elusive - but you made me believe all these things...
