Darkening World

by Bleed-Like-Me   Dec 15, 2004

The flowers, all now wilt
The rainbow disappeared
Grass now brown and dead
This is what was feared

The sun forgets to shine
The gray and black darken more then before
The suffering and misery
Hearts, broken and torn

The wind, has now turned colder
The rain, pouring hard
Barely a clear view
Unsteady driving cars

The swings all creak and rip
The park, muddy, wet
Thoughts of suicide
Today, the Devil you met

The cuts intensify
The ropes become stronger
Cloudy sky’s and thunder
Anorexia, giving you hunger

The body stops shaking
The intense pain ends
All cuts start to mend
You gave your life
When suicide became your only friend
