Lost confession

by Samantha lynn   Dec 16, 2004

I'm lost to a world
of bright turning colors
a kaleidescope of envy
and fast flying rage.
I forgot the moment
the love disappeared
and you walked away
forever.
You left me alone drowning in fears,
This cave of emotions
burns fiery red,
lost in to sea of midnight blue
ice storm of tears.
Lost,
to the natural order
of birth, love, death,
I skip to the end.
Watching this clouded death
when you turned your back
after the sweet nothings you whispered.
I knew love didn't last
but your memory burns
inside the deepest
darkest corners of my soul.
Lying naked
marred
on the cold stone floor
crying for the lost of innocent pride
I once had before you
tore my mask away.
now there is nothing left
for me to hold on to tight
You're love
left me lost.
