Never will i let your memory part

Snow in the mountains,
Sand on the beach,
Grass in the forests,
and birds in the trees.
These are all of the things
my baby brother never got
to see. Flowers in our garden
stars in the sky,one million
butterflies flying this warm
night, I'll always remember
him as each day passes me
by.Christmas lights, presents
and beautiful trees, this was
the night he was taken away
from me. Shouts and screams,
fear and pain as we discovered
my baby brother was strangled
in his sleep. Rapid talking, pain and fright people yelling and
crying themselves to sleep
but not me i went to his crib and picked up his limp body, I'll
never forgive the person who
took your life this night. Flowers
everywhere around a grave people
crying, and thinking this family is never going to be the same.A
year passes. Christmas is here
a whole new year, people laughing
and having fun, everyone except me, I'm just sitting there. I wish
he could come back, right now he would have been one. Dark, cold, quiet, and scared I'm in his room above the stairs, holding his little
blankie," why did you have to go?
i need you here." Tears are pouring down my cheeks,like anyone cares, I shake with pain
it's hard to think about you, when i know I'll never be able to hold you again. I run out of the house in the rain to the cemetery and to your grave. i put my hand on your stone and say " I'll never forget your smile on your sweet innocent face, I'll hold you dear in my heart
