My sister

by Heart_Broken23   Dec 19, 2004

Sisters are supposed to be there,
Whenever you wear a frown.
But let me tell you about mine,
One who kicks me down when I’m down.
She’s never been there for me,
She’s always lied about my life.
She doesn’t make me happy,
She just causes me my strife.
She’s never been supportive,
Or helped me in any way.
She only cares about herself,
And goes along with her day.
She’s made my boyfriend think some things,
We all know that aren’t true.
I wish she would stay out of my life,
And not make me feel so blue.
I never thought I wouldn’t have someone,
To be there to comfort my pain,
But she adds to all my misery,
And I have nothing left to gain.
I feel like my life in gone now,
Like she took everything that made me smile,
I know she’ll regret these things,
It just might be awhile.
So I have to sit back and take the hurt,
Try to stop my tears from falling down.
Mend the pieces to my heart,
And put my frown upside down.
