Reflection Through a One WAy Mirror

by brittany   Dec 20, 2004

Your view of me is like a one way mirror. You don't know whats behind that face with with the plastered, curvy smile. That face is like a sturdy brick wall. Unyielding in its pretense to portray a happy normal person. But what you don't see is that that smile is really a grimace. My expression when i receive the pain i deserve. That on the other side of my arms are scars. That in between yells are moans of pain. That in the back of my head are spots of pulled out hair.I am me as i revel in the torture that is my life.I grow stronger going with it while you get weaker denying it.Because in this one way mirror i still see you.And i see that you hurt as bad.

* Plz comment on my poems so i kno what u guys think. It means a lot to me and i promise if u comment me i will check out some of ur stuff thanx!!!

I agree with theunforgiven1. No matter if it's true or not, you did an excellent job describing. However, if it is true, I'm here for ya!
