Surrender Together

by BlackRose   Dec 23, 2004

Out came the blade from the drawer,
Pierce me; blood flowing from my wrist.
Another scar added, another tear lost,
Once again lost in this mist.

Of lies, hopes and broken promises,
Lost tears in a gigantic sea.
Memories washed away in a black hole,
Along with the blood for you from me.

The knife is taken from my hand,
And is now placed on the faith on which i lie.
You cut ever so deeply,
But not a tear comes from my eye.

You teared me down from my paradise,
And you caused me to fall.
Without my faith and wings,
With the halo in my hands i'll crawl.

I take you down with me,
And we both take our last breaths.
Both of us together,
Surrender to our deaths
