The question is why

Why do people keep loving when their hearts r so dead,
why do people care for one another then their selfs instead,
why do people take time out of there day to think about one another,
when people are hurting instead of helping why do they bother,
why do people care about what others think,
why is there a ruler and why is a weak link,
how do people live knowing they are going to die,
why do people make an effort to try to survive,
why do people care when there love ones are gone,
why do people help others to move on,
why are you siting here reading this rhyme,
why do people take it seriously when others cry like its a crime,
why do people get married,
and have the babies that they carry,
maybe the reason is so clear,
if you read between the lines I\'m sure it will appear
