Just another girl in this world

I know im nothing special, i only dream i could be,
sometimes my dreams feel real, then you take me back to what's really me.
I see the way you treat me, the way you make me look,
compared to you im nothing, just a glance that you once took.
I wish you could know whats it like, how it feels to be me,
to have to look at what you dont have, to take you back to reality.
I try to be positive, I really do,
but it's hard for me, and you would see if you could walk in my shoes.
