Have I ever told you,
That every morning your lips just look like those rose buds,
And the way you gently smile at me,
It makes me think that they are begging for my touch,

Have I ever told you,
That you look lovely in each and every dress,
And that your silky long hair,
Tempts me to take you in my arms and caress,

Have I ever told you,
That you actually look beautiful when you turn red,
And that sweet innocent temper of yours,
Assures me that I have a long day ahead before I go to bed,

Have I ever told you,
That you were the one I wanted to be with all my life,
And that every time you are with me,
I feel I’ve found my friend, philosopher and my guide,

But how do I tell you all these things,
Coz my mind and heart never co-operate; I think!,
My mind just keeps on thinking of old and new ways,
And all my heart does is to “skip a beat” the moment I look at your face…
