You gave me a rose
your heart was once mine
i actually believed that
but found truth in time

the rose wasn\'t mine
i don\'t know where to start
the lies kept on coming
it tore me apart

that rose opened my eyes
just like i said
i fell on my heart
when you messed with my head

how can a rose
blood red and demented
be shown as the sweetest
display of affection?

the pain will live on
cause everyone knows
the worst time of your life
begins with a rose
