the stars and stripes never looked so somber
whatever happened to the land of the free?
The home of the brave??
Seems now it's the land of the sleeping
the home of the grave..
In shame we hide our eyes
from the truth
it's all shadowed by lies
Please please open your eyes
Look into the endless night
and tell me
do you see red stains
on those stars and stripes?
