Why should you always have to fight back
replace stupid words with others so bad
Why cant you reply with something nice
that way you don't get left feeling sad
You said some pretty mean things to me
and i came back with "i love you"
doesn't that make you change your mind?
or are you just left without a clue
Sometimes its better to let things go
end the argument there and then
would you rather loose that person
or would you want to keep them as your friend
Instead of getting angry tonight
i said something thoughtful and sweet
Maybe we can stop fighting now
end all this hurtful deceit
I love you so much it hurts
and i don't want to lose you
you mean more to me then words can say
I hope that you know this is true
I would never intentionally harm you
no matter what you say to me
I will always be here when I'm needed
please why cant you just see
Sometimes they don't really mean it
it just comes out by mistake
so thats when you give them a second chance
then you will see if they are fake
So take a step back and see a different view
you might find that you are out of line
so fix things up before its too late
and if your nice things will be fine
