My Winter Wonderland

by mookoo   Jan 8, 2005

Look for me in the ice palace,
Shimmering through the night,
Radiant as the diamond,
Emanating reflections,
Like a beacon of hope,
Search for me there.
Look for me in the white forest,
Where the wintergreen wood sprites play,
Glowing and shimmering,
Every branch pleasantly crackling,
Reflecting the deep silver moon,
Search for me there.
Look for me in the wintery fields,
Fields of wonderland,
Sugared powder falling from the sky,
Reflecting back the dreams and memories of the live departed,
Search for me there.
Look for my body in my winter wonderland,
Where the flakes of purity are stained red,
Where the perfection of the snow is destroyed,
In my place of final resting,
Encased in ice crystals,
Search for me there.
