Loving you was easy

by Iain Jones   Jan 10, 2005

Loving you was easy,
leaving you was hard,
just another mountain I must climb without you by my side
but now the days, they seem so long with out you here with me,
what am I going to do without you
I miss you and me

The way I feel I cannot hide all that pain that lies inside
I used to love the things we'd do and the way I first met you
There you sat under the porch your eyes were welling up
I couldn't stand to see you cry so I asked you to to mine
So we walked along the beach and we went back to mine
I kissed your lips and you kissed mine
Back then life was fine

Loving you was easy,
leaving you was hard,
loving you is the only thing I know will help me survive
I love the way you smile and the way u looked at me
And now I lie on my own in bed wanting you by my side

I want to see your face again
You always cheered me up
I don't know how you did it
But you always did
you and me are now in the past
I have got to learn to move on

loving you was easy,
leaving you was hard,
just another mountain I must climb without you by my side
but now the days, they seem so long with out you here with me,
I wish that we had more time.
But that was all in my mind
